Made-to-order items can't come back just because you changed your mind. They're printed for you.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item, write us within 14 days of delivery at ponomobiz@gmail.com and include a photo. We'll reprint it or refund it.

We don't cover normal wear, washing damage, or a size that doesn't fit, unless the item itself is wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
